Another Way to Send Cards to Soldiers

In summary, Holiday Mail for Heroes is a partnership between the American Red Cross and Pitney Bowes to deliver one million holiday cards to American service members, veterans and their families. Cards must be postmarked by December 10th and should follow specific guidelines outlined on the website. The cards may also be used in program publicity efforts. Some individuals have suggested adding their military family members to the list for receiving cards.

What is "Another Way to Send Cards to Soldiers"?

"Another Way to Send Cards to Soldiers" is a program created by Pampered Chef to show support and appreciation for our military personnel by sending them cards during the holiday season. The program allows individuals to purchase cards and have them mailed directly to soldiers serving overseas.

How does the program work?

Individuals can purchase a set of cards through Pampered Chef's website or through a Pampered Chef consultant. The cards will then be mailed directly to a soldier serving overseas. Pampered Chef will cover the cost of shipping the cards to the designated military base.

Can I choose where my cards will be sent?

Unfortunately, due to security and privacy reasons, we are not able to disclose the exact location of the military bases where the cards will be sent. However, rest assured that your cards will be sent to soldiers serving overseas and will be greatly appreciated.

Can I include a personal message in the cards?

Yes, you can! When purchasing the cards, there is an option to include a personalized message that will be written on the inside of the cards. This is a great way to show your support and gratitude to our brave soldiers.

Is there a deadline for purchasing and sending cards?

Yes, in order for the cards to reach the soldiers in time for the holiday season, we recommend purchasing and sending them by mid-November. However, cards can still be purchased and sent after this date, as they will be sent to soldiers throughout the year.
