I had some that were a little bummed about the recruiting parts, but when they realized how many points they get for them (and that I will train them) they were a-ok. I even had 3 potentials show up, and they all were so impressed with the quality of the trip. i mean come on, it for 4 people for crying out loud!! How freakin' awesome is that!!!
as for the potentials, I'm hoping I'll have a FD soon. Or atleast a future FD!
Christ Follower said:The ONLY thing I was bummed about was the travel allowance for level 2. $600 won't fly 2 of us to Florida. I was a bit disappointed that they wouldn't just cover the round trip airfare. So I guess I better shoot for level 3 huh???
I did hear some poo-poo'ing about the Conference registration being the level one incentive.

I am thrilled about the inventives. I haven't told DS yet. I'm going to make a really big barometer with 500 point increments on it and let DS color them in everytime I have a show/recruit in 2009. I think that will get him excited.

I think there should have been another option for people like me who don't have kids! I mean, even if I could get hubby to come, who else would we bring and feel comfortable sharing a room with? I dunno, I'm just not excited, but some of my downline is.
I am also a bit miffed that the director "bonus" is only 500 points!!!!! Anyone else feel gipped with that one and with no promotion bonus?
This phrase typically refers to the disappointment or criticism regarding the way the 2009 incentive program for consultants (Cs) was handled or perceived. It suggests that some consultants feel undervalued or that the incentives offered were not adequately recognized or appreciated.
Consultants may feel upset due to a lack of clarity, insufficient rewards, or changes in the incentive structure that did not meet their expectations. They might believe that the program did not fairly compensate their efforts or contributions during that year.
Consultants can express their concerns through various channels such as direct communication with their team leaders, participating in company meetings, or providing feedback through official surveys. Engaging in discussions with peers can also help raise awareness of the issues they are facing.
Pampered Chef can improve future incentive programs by soliciting feedback from consultants, ensuring transparency in how incentives are structured, and aligning rewards with the expectations and contributions of their consultants. Regular updates and clear communication about changes can also help build trust.
Yes, consultants can access resources such as the official Pampered Chef website, training materials, and support groups on social media. Additionally, reaching out to experienced team leaders or mentors can provide valuable insights into navigating the incentive program effectively.
