Sheleeno said:Individual is just that. It's just an individual order separate from a show. But, you can only put in individual orders if you are qualified. So, if this is your first order, you probably haven't qualified yet, right? You aren't able to put in any orders until you have completed your 1st 4 shows or $1,250 in sales...if I remember correctly. I am new to this as well.
Good luck!!

Individual orders in Pampered Chef refer to purchases made by customers that are not part of a larger party or group order. These orders can be placed directly through a consultant's website or during a party event, allowing customers to buy products individually.
To add an individual order, log into your Pampered Chef consultant account, navigate to the 'Orders' section, and select 'Add Individual Order.' From there, you can enter the customer's details, select the products they wish to purchase, and finalize the order.
Yes, you can add individual orders after a party has closed, as long as the party is still within the allowable timeframe set by Pampered Chef. This allows you to capture any last-minute orders from customers who may have missed the party.
While you can add individual orders, there may be limitations based on the party's closing date and the promotional offers available at that time. Always check the latest guidelines from Pampered Chef to ensure compliance with their policies.
You can track individual orders through your Pampered Chef consultant dashboard. Navigate to the 'Orders' section, where you can view the status of each order, including processing, shipped, and delivered statuses, along with any relevant customer information.
