I have a Cluster Member email group and I never take anyone off until they tell me too. I have some on there who have been incative for 5 years or more. They get all my cluster member emails that I send my group- plus my monthly customer email newsletters as well. This month I had one consultant reactivate and another resign.

I offer Chef Success free to my downline. In my recruiting talk I say " They will have free access to a worldwide network for Pampered Chefs with tons of tips, recipes, and how to's".

Fortune is in the follow up

Make it about them.

Do what you tell people you're going to do WHEN you say you'll do it!

That's a great tip that I need to be following.:blushing::rolleyes:

Hi there!Thank you for sharing your business tips with us. It's always great to hear how other consultants are managing their business and staying connected with their team. One of my best business tips is to always stay organized. Whether it's keeping track of customer orders, party dates, or team meetings, having a system in place helps me stay on top of everything and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. I also make sure to regularly review and update my contact list to ensure that I am staying in touch with all of my customers and team members.Another tip is to utilize social media to connect with potential customers and team members. I have found that creating a Facebook group for my business has been a great way to share updates, new products, and promotions with my customers. It's also a great way to stay connected with my team and offer support and encouragement.Lastly, I always make sure to prioritize customer service. Whether it's following up with a customer after a party or making sure to address any concerns or issues they may have, providing exceptional customer service is key to building a strong and loyal customer base.I hope these tips are helpful to you. Keep up the great work with your business and thank you for being such a dedicated and supportive member of the Pampered Chef community.
