Just submitted a show and earned the Excellence Awards for sales:happyforyou: Still working on earning it in recruiting but with the extra month it is looking good :) This is very early for me. I didn't earn it at all last year and I did earn it the two years before that. Can't wait for the #s to update online!

Karen, you can do it! I earned my one & only last year in Developing Leaders. Don't get me wrong, the jewelry and the promotion with the higher paycheck are definitely nice ... but the excitement in the voices of your team as they promote and achieve new things, is an amazing bonus!!! :D
