That's a good goal. I think I will shoot for 10 by the end of February. I may have to do a 2 day fast to detox my body a bit though.

What kind of detox are you going to do? I'm wanting to do one, but I never have.

Thansk for asking Meg!
The doc gave me some cream that is meant for antibiotic resistant infections (!?!?!?) and that has almost completely cleared it up...I just have a lot of itchiness still. I have not yet put in an earring....

Did she tell you that she & I know each other??? we met at her first NC while on the way to the HO tour. I saw her again at LS in Atlanta and we were able to touch base before LS this time and get to see each other! She is SO sweet and is so determined to get to Director. When we parted this time, we promised to keep each other on track for Mexico and see each other there!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is it important to weigh myself as part of my morning routine?

Weighing yourself regularly can help you track your progress towards your health and fitness goals. It provides a measurable way to see how your lifestyle changes are impacting your weight, which can motivate you to stay on track.

How often should I weigh myself?

It's generally recommended to weigh yourself once a week to avoid daily fluctuations that can be caused by factors like water retention or food intake. This weekly check-in can give you a clearer picture of your overall trends.

What time of day is best to weigh myself?

The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, right after you wake up and after using the bathroom. This ensures that your weight is not influenced by food or drink consumed throughout the day.

What should I do if my weight fluctuates?

Weight fluctuations are normal and can be caused by various factors, including hydration levels, hormonal changes, and recent meals. Instead of focusing solely on daily numbers, look at trends over time and consider other indicators of health, such as how your clothes fit or your energy levels.

How can I remember to weigh myself each morning?

To make weighing yourself a habit, try setting a daily reminder on your phone or placing your scale in a visible location. You can also integrate it into your morning routine by pairing it with another activity, like brushing your teeth or making breakfast.
