Is there a recipe- do you freeze them or refrigerate?

Does anyone have any recipe Ideas for a Cinco De Mayo Show? I offered the host Fajitas and Margaritas, but she does not want Fajitas.

I made these last night along with a batch of brownies and they were delicious. All 8 guests at the show bought a brownie pan!!!!

When I saw this recipe at spring launch I was so excited, but when I tasted it, I was not crazy about it, so I substituted a Lemon for the Lime, and added 3 teaspoons of the Greek Rub. It's awesome. We made it at work at lunch and it was a big hit!

Does anyone know how big a microwave has to be to fit the Deep Covered Baker? I have a show coming up and the host said her microwave is very small. I am worred that the Deep Covered Baker will not fit.
