Hey, I'm trying to close my show and PP is telling me that one of my guests (a past host who of course is using her 10% discount) can't get the free item because she's not spending $60 in products. Now, I have called HO a lot of times on this and they told me each time that if it is over $60 before their discount, then it counts. So now of course I've told her that she's getting this and now the computer won't let me turn my show in. If any of you have run into this problem, how have you solved it? Please help, I'm hoping to turn this show in tonight!:o

Looks like the rules have changed and HO is now "catching" us on it.

I would call the customer and see if there is anything else she would like to order.
 
Not to burst the bubble, but in the three years I have been with Pampered Chef, the $60 always was after discounts and before shipping and handling.
 
Chef Lisa is correct. The Free guest special has always been after discounts.
 
I would just order something for myself to make up the difference in order for her to get the guest special. Just make a note on her receipt of what product you paid for.
 
How much are you off by? I would just order something. That happend to me and I paid the difference.

It's off by $5! :rolleyes: I'm going to call the host today and see what she wants since the customer is a teacher. Besides, they live an hour away so it doesn't make it very easy to pick up. :o
