Morning Cheffers!

I have a gal who needs a consultant on Saturday for a bridal party ~ I cannot for two reasons (a) it is in Rapid City, SD which is quite a drive from the Twin Cities and (b) I am doing the MS Bike Ride here in the Twin Cities on Saturday ~ me and my bike for 30 miles!
