Chef Kearns said:The Cheeseburger sliders seem really good for a show. Lots of people are saying they are bland, but I plan on using the trio bowl to have mayo, ketchup and mustard in for guests to add to their slider. Course you can always ask the host what they use to season their hamburgers when they cook out and use the same thing.

The first time I made it, I just ended up crumbling it into pieces, added the candy and topping--it still looked good and tasted better!
I also love the Spinach Carbonara Pizza, and am definitely offering the Mini-Cheeseburgers--made these for my family twice already! Can't wait to try the White Chili--I'm thinking of offering this at my Power Cooking Clinic on the 12th!

Happy Chef said:For our Food Fest September meeting where everyone brings a dish from one of the new cookbooks. I am bringing the Candy Cane Brownie Lollipops. But I want to make them halloweenish themed. Main prob. will be finding a cane with fall colors.
Happy Chef said:I know before Christmas many stores have all the dirrerent flavors and colors in the canes- but couldn't find any now. If you think of the place I'd love to know.

The essential ingredients for the Spinach Carbonara Pizza include pizza dough, fresh spinach, cooked bacon or pancetta, eggs, heavy cream, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. These ingredients come together to create a rich and flavorful pizza.
To prepare the spinach, wash it thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Sauté the spinach in a pan with a little olive oil and minced garlic until wilted. This step enhances the flavor and reduces moisture, preventing a soggy pizza.
The best way to cook the Spinach Carbonara Pizza is to preheat your oven to a high temperature, around 475°F (245°C). Use a pizza stone or a baking sheet to ensure even cooking. Bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Yes, you can prepare the Spinach Carbonara Pizza ahead of time. You can assemble the pizza and refrigerate it for a few hours before baking. However, for the best texture, it’s recommended to bake it fresh if possible. If you need to store it, consider baking it partially and then finishing it later.
There are several delicious variations you can try! You can add different vegetables like mushrooms or artichokes, use different types of cheese such as goat cheese or feta, or even switch the protein to chicken or sausage. Experimenting with herbs like basil or oregano can also enhance the flavor profile.
