Foodie said:Hi everyone! I'm a new PC consultant (new to the boards as well) and will be doing my first cooking show soon. I will only have the products in the kit for that first show though. Any suggestions on what recipes/products to use? I'd appreciate any and all suggestions!

Parmesan-Garlic Biscuit Bites! People asked me so often for the recipe that I had it printed on the back of my business cards!

I burned my hand many times and now I wrap it automatically, or put my glove over the handle. As a new consultant being nervous and so on it's easy to forget and a few minutes later it is still hot enough to get a nice burn.
Good luck!
Always preheat your oven to the recommended temperature before placing the Garlic Bites inside. Use oven mitts when handling hot trays or dishes, and ensure that you place them on a stable surface to avoid spills.
Use a timer as per the recipe instructions and check for visual cues, such as a golden-brown color. You can also use a toothpick to test for doneness; if it comes out clean, the Garlic Bites are ready.
Utilize tools like silicone oven mitts, heat-resistant spatulas, and baking sheets with handles. These can help you maneuver hot items safely and reduce the risk of burns.
Always use oven mitts to remove the baking sheet from the oven. Allow the Garlic Bites to cool for a few minutes before trying to transfer them to a serving dish to minimize the risk of burns.
If you burn yourself, immediately run the affected area under cool water for at least 10 minutes. Avoid using ice directly on the burn, and if the burn is severe, seek medical attention.
