Soup and Sanny's tonight for us. I'm officially on vacation:D

Gotta think of something. DH was on his own for dinner all weekend, while I worked a 3-day vendor fair. We had kielbasa yesterday (easy), and Thursday I have a cluster meeting, so that'll be a no-dinner night for me (have to leave the house just a little too early to comfortably make dinner for DH). All those things together mean that I should cook something nice today and tomorrow, preferably things with leftovers for lunches. ;)I think I might make Chicken a la King.

LOL, Ann - your reasoning on what to cook sounds alot like mine. :)

I have to think of something too...we had Kielbasa last night too! (I made it into sort of a stir fry that we had over WHITE rice, since I incinerated the brown rice.)

Something with chicken, and it can't use the DCB, because I have to pack that for my show...

We are having 30-min chicken. The only decision to make is which rub to use!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some quick dinner ideas for a busy weeknight?

For a busy weeknight, consider making a stir-fry with pre-cut vegetables and protein, such as chicken or tofu. Another quick option is a one-pan pasta dish where you cook everything in one pot. Tacos are also a great choice; simply prepare your favorite fillings and let everyone assemble their own.

How can I use Pampered Chef tools to make dinner prep easier?

Pampered Chef offers a variety of tools that can streamline dinner prep. For example, the Food Chopper can quickly dice vegetables, while the Quick Slice can help you slice meats and cheeses evenly. The Rockcrok can go from stovetop to oven, making it perfect for one-pot meals.

What are some healthy dinner options I can prepare?

Healthy dinner options include grilled salmon with quinoa and steamed vegetables, or a hearty salad topped with grilled chicken and a homemade vinaigrette. You can also try a vegetable stir-fry with brown rice or a whole grain wrap filled with lean protein and plenty of veggies.

How can I involve my family in dinner preparation?

Involving your family in dinner preparation can be fun and educational. Assign age-appropriate tasks, such as washing vegetables, measuring ingredients, or stirring pots. You can also have a family cooking night where everyone chooses a recipe to try together.

What should I do if I have picky eaters at home?

If you have picky eaters, try to incorporate their favorite ingredients into meals. You can also set up a "build-your-own" dinner night, such as tacos or pizzas, where everyone can customize their meal. Offering a variety of sides can also help, as it gives them options to choose from.
