The thread centers around participants' excitement and preparations for the upcoming Pampered Chef conference in Chicago. Many are discussing their plans for shopping, attire, and personal goals leading up to the event.
Views differ on personal preparation strategies and shopping habits, with no clear consensus on the best approach to attire or weight loss before the conference.
Participants are sharing personal experiences and expectations related to the conference, focusing on attire and social interactions rather than formal guidelines.
Consultants preparing for the conference may find the shared experiences and discussions about attire and shopping helpful as they plan their own attendance.
I'm with you Celeste! I am praying for a big check also!soccermama said::::::I'm not looking, though:::::: LOL Once I see a big sales month for June, I'll be ready, then I'll know that I can afford the trip!!!! lol (I already paid for the plane ticket and conference.... but I'm planning on SHOPPING and eating LOTS while I'm there!!!! lol)
If you want to lose a size or two, walk at least a half hour every day, no exceptions. AND eat oatmeal, the slow cooking kind, with no sugar, every day until conference. I add golden raisins, bananas, or frozen blueberries (picked fresh and frozen by me last summer). I make sure I get fruit in every bite or YUCK. Cinnamon added is good too. I just forget sometimes. I'll be rooting for you!AJPratt said:I am going to wait until the last minute to get anything new. I am hoping to be a size of two smaller!
Adding some splenda would help make it sweet. I also put a small amount of walnuts in there with the cinnamon!JAE said:If you want to lose a size or two, walk at least a half hour every day, no exceptions.
