Where did you see this?

In some Pampered Partner report? There are some things still hanging out there that PC offered at one time but no longer apply.

Or you could be talking about wording that some consultants might use in their promotions? They could be calling a recruiting incentive a "sign on bonus".

I am curious myselfIf you are new - where did you read this. I am curious. But Beth is most likely right. Some wording used is misread as bonuses for "signing on". To most people in the corporate world that means $$$$$ right now.

So some may get confused.

I think what some are referring to was the "bonus" for new consultants who signed on before Oct. 15th (I think that was it) and qualified before Nov. 15th. If they qualfied by then, they received the Bamboo Carving Board, Meat Lifters and Carving Set FREE. That was in addition to the Super Starter program. Every once and awhile there are incentives for consultants who sign up, as well as the recruiters.

I think that Becky is right. I have seen post here in the last two weeks that have said, "I recieved my sign on bonus today, and am waiting on my SS1." Thanks for the info.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Sign on Bonus in Pampered Chef?

A Sign on Bonus is an incentive offered to new consultants who join Pampered Chef. It typically consists of a monetary reward or product credit that is given to new recruits once they meet specific sales or recruitment goals within a designated timeframe after joining.

How does the Sign on Bonus work?

The Sign on Bonus is usually awarded after the new consultant achieves certain milestones, such as making a specific amount of sales or recruiting a certain number of team members within their first few months. This bonus is designed to encourage quick engagement and activity in the business.

What is the SS1 in Pampered Chef?

The SS1, or Starter Sales 1, is a sales milestone that new consultants aim to achieve within their first 30 days. It typically requires consultants to generate a specific amount of sales, which can help them qualify for additional bonuses and incentives.

How does the Sign on Bonus compare to the SS1?

The Sign on Bonus is a one-time incentive for joining and starting strong, while the SS1 is a sales goal that must be met to unlock further benefits and bonuses. Achieving the SS1 can also contribute to earning the Sign on Bonus, making both important for new consultants.

Can I receive both the Sign on Bonus and SS1 rewards?

Yes, new consultants can receive both the Sign on Bonus and the rewards associated with achieving the SS1. Meeting the SS1 criteria can enhance the overall earnings and benefits for new consultants, making it advantageous to pursue both opportunities.
