I'm seeing this term and am clueless, enlighten me please peeps!

Post Calls is an automated calling service. You can record a message, and then have it sent to phone numbers you enter. Some consultants use them for reminder calls for shows.Someone's got a referral link in their signature for a reduced fee.

thanks! Hopefully that person will find my post! :)

I had considered using post calls, but decided against it, because whenever I get an automated call, I hang up. I feel there is something about a personal call that means so much. I offer to make reminder calls for my hostesses, and then I actually make the calls. It does not take very long, and it gives my guests a little taste of my personality, and who I am. My director uses post calls sometimes, to get a message (long) to her team, and I do not care for it at all.

I've had the same thoughts Sue, about them being like telemarketers; but so many have had success using it, that I'm starting to reconsider!

I have used it for well over a year now, and I haven't had a guest say yet they they hated it. My hosts love it and think it is very convienent
I send the call out in the afternoon, so most go to an answering machine and not bothering anyone.

I have used it for quite some time with TONS of success!!

Extra attendance, extra outside orders, extra "friends" showing up at the show!!

For $2 bucks (average amount since the calls are less than 8 cents each) I am MORE THAN MAKING that back....and a TON MORE!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Post Call?

A Post Call is a follow-up communication that occurs after an initial sales call or meeting. It is an opportunity for the salesperson to reinforce the relationship with the customer, address any questions or concerns, and provide additional information about the products or services discussed.

Why is a Post Call important in direct sales?

A Post Call is crucial in direct sales because it helps to solidify the connection with the customer, demonstrates commitment to their needs, and can significantly increase the chances of closing a sale. It also allows the salesperson to gather feedback and better understand the customer's preferences.

What should be included in a Post Call?

A Post Call should include a summary of the key points discussed during the initial call, answers to any questions the customer may have had, additional product information, and a clear call to action. Personalizing the message can also enhance the effectiveness of the follow-up.
