I have used the min a few times and am thinking about getting the regular one this month. I know the beer bread and I have done the cinoman things that come in the use and care with the mini.

I was thinking of something inexpensive to give as gifts.
 
I use the regular loaf pan more than the mini. I do my meatloaf in it all the time, but I also use it for banana bread and zucchini bread.
 
I rarely use my large one, but the mini loaf one I use all of the time! In fact, I took it to a show last night, and everyone there was commenting on how well-seasoned it is!

I use it to make quick breads - pumpkin, banana, lemon, orange, apple, blueberry, etc..... (it's a good way to sneak fiber, fruit, and veggies into the family's diet!:thumbup:) and also beer breads.

I love it to make smaller sized meatloaves also. one mini meatloaf is perfect for the 3 of us for a meal. They are also great to freeze and have on hand for days when I won't be home, or if I want to take a meal to someone.

I guess I'm not really creative with how I use it, but it just fits with me!:D
 
i have to start using my mini more....i use my regular loaf pan to bake bread. i especially like making cinnamon swirl with our sprinkles, which DH loves toasted for breakfast.
 
I use both of mine all the time. I make the amish friendship bread every 10 days in the mini and regular. I used it for meatloaf and breads... love them both :)
 
I don't own the mini one but someday I will breakdown and get it. I use the regular (have 2 both free from PC before I signed from back in the day of their host specials) quite a bit. I make meatloaf, salmonloaf, banana breads etc all the time.
