What are the best drawings I can have at booths to get multiple bookings from that event and/or make people want to book a show from me?

Thanks for all replys in advance! :)

You can have drawings for FREE KITCHEN SHOWS. You supply all the food and supplies.

The way to get people INTO your area is to have FOOD! Dips or cookies always work well.

I would do a drawing every hour for a Free kitchen show and a drawing at the end for a free product.

I've raffled off a couple small products AND a free kitchen show. Not everyone takes advantage of the free kitchen show. But, what I do is call ALL of the people who entered the raffle to offer the free kitchen show. I've only done this a couple times so far and I've gotten one or two bookings from people who didn't actually win the raffle. Good luck!

Gift CertificateI raffle a gift certificate. They like that because then THEY get to pick the product. I make my own and they can only redeem it with me. I also give runner up winnere a "free party".

I know you are the flyer queen. I am doing a fair this evening. Do you have a flyer that you use for your FREE Kitchen shows? If so, may I use it? Can you please put a post with the flyer attached? Thank you in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of drawings are most effective for generating bookings at booths?

Effective drawings for generating bookings often include items that are popular and relevant to your audience, such as kitchen gadgets, cooking classes, or product bundles. Offering a grand prize, like a high-value item or a free cooking party, can also attract more participants and encourage bookings.

How can I promote my drawing to attract more participants?

To promote your drawing, use eye-catching signage at your booth and engage with attendees by explaining the benefits of entering. Utilize social media to announce the drawing before the event and encourage attendees to share the information with their friends. Offering bonus entries for booking a party on the spot can also boost participation.

Should I require participants to provide contact information for the drawing?

Yes, requiring participants to provide contact information is a great way to follow up with them after the event. This information can help you reach out to potential hosts and remind them of their entry, increasing the likelihood of securing bookings.

How can I make my drawing more interactive and fun?

To make your drawing more interactive, consider incorporating games or challenges that attendees can participate in to earn entries. For example, you could have a spin-the-wheel game where participants can win small prizes or extra entries for the main drawing. This creates a lively atmosphere and encourages more engagement.

What should I do with the entries after the drawing is complete?

After the drawing, make sure to follow up with all participants, thanking them for entering and informing them of the winners. For those who didn’t win, consider offering a special promotion or discount on products or booking a party as a way to convert interest into actual bookings.
