My hospitality cluster had a conference call today with Lisa Amblo. I know info has circulated before, but we always have new people who missed it (or folks like me who need to hear it again!). Enjoy! The notes are attached - I recommend printing them to follow along with the call, but I still took 2 more pages of notes from this call.

Director Lisa Amblo from New York is known as the “Queen of Cookware” and is sharing her amazing cookware information below. She has sold over 55 family skillets (with lids) at FULL PRICE in the last year!! That is $8000 in sales JUST from the skillet/lids! ! And she has sold 50 GRILL PANS!!

She considers the Executive Grill Pan AND the Executive 12" Skillet and Lid as "try me" pieces! She tells her customers that they should spend the first three weeks after getting it cooking everything they can think of, knowing that they can return it at that point, postage free, if they don't love it. (Pampered Chef pays for return shipping during first 30 days) However, she expects that they are more likely to call her and say, "Okay, let's do a show so I can get the entire set at half price!"
