TIP - If you are like me, and don't always have the luxury of sitting down and listening to a call for an hour, I use Skype and a program that can record audio on my computer. In my case, I call into the calls with Skype ($8.40 every 3-months for unlimited time).
I have a Mac, so I have "WireTap Pro" program on my computer. ( They have a Free Trial Version...not sure the full version cost, or what the Windows alternative might be, but I'm sure you can find something by googling for it.) It will record any audio sound on my computer into an mp3 file. So I can call in, and hit the Record button on WireTap and when it's done, I have an mp3 file I can upload into I-tunes and then on to my Ipod.
