ok, i'm usually a fairly tech oriented person, but I am unsure how to go about uploading a word document within my post?

I did look on here for about 15 min..unsucessfully, as I'm sure the answer is here somewhere..but I have had no sucess..

Use the manage attachments button when you are typing your message scroll down.
