I have a few ideas for Shows, but not sure if they would work.

Tex - Mex Fiesta Party
4th of July Barbecue Party
All Chocolate Party
NASCAR Breakfast and Race Day Parties
Fall Foliage Party

Granted, they may all carry various "themes," of sorts, but would they work?
Also, Hubby and I might be moving to CA this Summer, where he has recently applied for a Job Opening.
We have 2 Homes in mind, one a Historic Victorian and the other a Victorian - Style Modern Ranch Home, but with Acreage.
In that light, I have several other ideas, all dealing with the History of the Homes and Properties in question (depending on which one we get).
Some have to do with out Southern Family Roots and Family Histories, with organizations that are for those of like.
These would be the following:

Summer Cotillion Evenings
Historic Home Tour and Catalog Party
Historic Ranch Days Event

The final two deal with events that my Hubby and I developed while we have lived here in NM.

Haunted Hacienda Haunted Walk and Trick or Treat
Hacienda Navidad (Name changed due to Move) Christmas Open House

Would any or all of these work, depending on time and place?
Could they all be interchangeable with one another depending on scheduling?

I think if you can think of it it can work. You're clearly very creative--much more creative than I.

It's hard to say for sure without more information about the specific locations, demographics, and target audience. However, here are some thoughts on each idea:1. Tex-Mex Fiesta Party: This could definitely work, especially if you're in an area with a strong Hispanic population or a love for Tex-Mex cuisine. You could incorporate traditional elements like piñatas and mariachi music, as well as modern twists like a build-your-own taco bar or margarita tasting.2. 4th of July Barbecue Party: This is a classic summer party idea that could work in many locations. You could offer traditional barbecue dishes like ribs and burgers, as well as themed activities like a watermelon seed spitting contest or a red, white, and blue dessert competition.3. All Chocolate Party: Who doesn't love chocolate? This could be a hit with any crowd, as long as you're able to offer a variety of options (milk, dark, white, etc.) and accommodate dietary restrictions. You could have a chocolate fountain, chocolate tasting, and even a chocolate-themed costume contest.4. NASCAR Breakfast and Race Day Parties: This could be a great idea if you're in an area with a strong NASCAR fan base. You could offer breakfast foods like biscuits and gravy, and then watch the race together with themed decorations and activities like a NASCAR trivia game.5. Fall Foliage Party: This could be a beautiful and unique event, especially if you're in an area known for its fall colors. You could offer autumn-themed foods like apple cider and pumpkin spice treats, as well as outdoor activities like a hayride or pumpkin carving contest.6. Summer Cotillion Evenings: This could be a hit with a more formal or traditional crowd, especially if you're in a historic or upscale location. You could offer a fancy dinner and dancing, as well as opportunities to learn traditional dances like the waltz.7. Historic Home Tour and Catalog Party: This could be a great way to showcase the history and unique features of your home, especially if it has a lot of character. You could offer tours of the home, as well as a catalog party where guests can purchase items related to the home's history or decor.8. Historic Ranch Days Event: This could be a fun and educational event for families, especially if you're in a rural or ranching area. You could offer activities like horseback riding, roping demonstrations, and
