I just had a host call me....first a whole box was missing :cry:, which I called Fedex and apparently the box was pushed back on the shipping belt :yuck:Then when the last box arrived (a day later) something was missing from it :mad:. I called HO and they sent the host a gift of her choice ($20 and under) :thumbup: She chose the Rotary grater. Just call them and let them know and they should do the same for your host.:D
