Urgent because we're moving this week and my computer is being torn down tonight!

I see the host order just fine but when I go to print a receipt all the items are gobbledygook numbers and huge quantities, with a price of 0. The credit card payment is not showing up either...

HELP!
 
Did you try getting out of PP and getting back in?

Are you trying to print the receipt from the order page or print reports? If you've tried one, try the other and see if that works!

Yep, tried that... just checked and all the orders from that show are doing that. I tried restoring the backup too and it's that way as well. Grrr.

And all the other shows are doing it too! Argh!

Turned out it was because I had downloaded the product list update but not the program update!
