Does anyone know if you can use P3 with a MAC? My new cons. is trying to submit her first show and she's having issues.

Yes and no.There is no Mac version of P3. But if she has a Mac capable of running Parallels or Boot Camp, and she has a valid install disc of Windows XP Service Pack 2, she can install those, and run P3 in the Windows environment. Boot Camp is a free program from Apple that requires an Intel-based Mac. Newer Macs should have this chip. To check, go to the Apple menu, and select "About this Mac." If the processor type includes "Intel", then she can download and install Boot Camp.

Another software option is VMWARE FUSION. It's also made for Macs and runs a windows environment, but doesnt require using BootCamp to partition off your drive. My husband uses VMWARE products extensively and told me to get it - Its on order right now from Buy.com and there is a $20 rebate.I emailed Support within my first week of getting P3 and they said there wasn't a version, nor do they have plans of making a Mac version - bummer!

hmmm.... when I asked at Leadership, they said they were considering making a Mac version. The more of us who request one, the more likely they are to do it. :)
