I am having my first show with a host and a co-host. I have set up the show on my website as well as in P3, and I checked the option to copy the co-host on the emails, but the co-host has not received the email to access the website to add to the guest list...am I missing something??

I'm assuming that you have the co-host's information all filled out in on your website. If so, I'm out of ideas.

there's a check box to send email to co-host too when setting up your show on your PWS....if you don't see it, you may have to "edit your show info", and look for the check box. Or it may be in the option to send email........can't remember....but it is definitely in one of those two.

Make sure, too, that your host has added your email address to her address book so that your email won't automatically be filtered out.

thanks guys!

I would just send them both an email from your email program with the host password so you know they get it and they can both log in. Emails from our PWS get caught in spam ALL THE TIME.

Nope does not work. It's a glitch in the system. You have to enter them both in as separate shows and then send them an e-mail from each one. I called tech support about this ages ago and guess they never fixed the issue. You'll be able to import orders though from both shows online onto one show on P3 just to let you know.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my co-host can't access the show link?

If your co-host is having trouble accessing the show link, first ensure that they are using the correct link provided in the invitation. If the link is correct, ask them to try clearing their browser cache or using a different browser. Additionally, confirm that they have accepted the co-host invitation sent via email.

How can I resend the co-host invitation?

You can resend the co-host invitation by going to your show dashboard and selecting the 'Co-hosts' section. From there, find your co-host's name and click on the option to resend the invitation. Make sure to double-check their email address for accuracy before resending.

What if my co-host is not receiving the invitation email?

If your co-host is not receiving the invitation email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, confirm that the email address you used is correct. If everything is accurate, they may need to add the Pampered Chef email address to their contacts to ensure future emails are delivered.

Can I remove a co-host and add a new one?

Yes, you can remove a co-host and add a new one. To do this, go to your show dashboard, navigate to the 'Co-hosts' section, and select the option to remove the current co-host. After removing them, you can invite a new co-host by entering their email address in the same section.

What should I do if my co-host is having technical issues during the show?

If your co-host is experiencing technical issues during the show, encourage them to check their internet connection and refresh their browser. They can also try joining the show from a different device if possible. If the issues persist, you may need to continue the show without them or provide them with a backup plan to contribute via phone or chat.
