Has anyone had this problem, were your clients can't see the pics of the email you send out from your website. If so, what do I tell them to do. They get the email but can't seem to be able to see the pictures on them. Please help me. I sent an email to customer services and they never replied to me yet and it's been almost 2 weeks.

Thank you.

You customers might have pics blocked in the incoming email. Many email programs will not download pics automatically, unless the sender is on an approved list. Have your customers check for something that says "Always download images from Tina" in the bar just above the email.

Are they online while reading their email? Sometimes the pics are hotlinks and if they're not online they can't see them.

my email settings don't allow the pictures to automatically download (I can adjust it)- or I click on a "Download Pictures" at the top of the email and it fills it all in.It could also be a really cheap/crappy email program she's using. :)

She probably has her email set to "Text Only" rather than "view as HTML."

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't my clients see the pictures in the emails sent from my Pampered Chef website?

Clients may not see pictures in emails due to their email settings, which might block images for security reasons. Encourage them to check their email settings and allow images from your domain.

What should I advise clients to do if they still can't view images after adjusting their settings?

If clients still can't view images, suggest they try accessing their email through a different browser or device. Sometimes, browser extensions or outdated software can interfere with image loading.

Are there specific email clients that are known to have issues displaying images?

Yes, some email clients, like Outlook and certain mobile apps, may have stricter security settings that block images by default. It's important to inform clients about this and guide them on how to enable images in those clients.

How can I ensure that my email images are more likely to be displayed?

To improve the chances of your images being displayed, use a reliable email service provider that optimizes images for email. Additionally, ensure that your images are hosted on a secure server (HTTPS) and use descriptive alt text for each image.

What can I do if my clients report that images are still not loading despite all troubleshooting steps?

If clients continue to experience issues, consider sending a follow-up email with a direct link to your website where they can view the images. You can also encourage them to reach out to their email provider for further assistance.
