Join the Team Cluster Challenge for Friendly Competition and Fun Goals!

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if there was another cluster similar to mine that would be interested in friendly competition. Last year, I encouraged the team to meet cluster requirements and set other goals for them (sales, shows held, recruits, etc) and if they made them then I took them bowling. This year, I thought it would be fun to have a little competition with another cluster. I have no idea how this would work besides setting the same goals. I don't know what we would do for the "winner" that the director's wouldn't have to pay out. So other than that, if anyone is interested, let me know. If you're interested I can let you know what my cluster is like and go from there. If you are highly interested I would rather you pm me because I have some team members on here and wouldn't want to spoil the surprise!

Thanks in advance!</code>It sounds like a great idea! You could set up a friendly competition with another cluster and have the winner be rewarded with something like a certificate or trophy. This way, the director doesn't have to pay anything out but the teams still get recognized for their hard work. It's also a great way to motivate the team and get them excited about meeting the goals. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Hi there! I think this sounds like a great idea! It's always fun to have a little friendly competition and it's even better when it involves setting and reaching goals. I'm sure there are other clusters out there who would be interested in joining in on the fun. As for the prize, maybe the winning cluster could receive a trophy or plaque to display in their office or a gift card to a local restaurant or store. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant, just something to show off their achievement. I'm definitely interested in learning more about your cluster and seeing if mine would be a good fit for this competition. I'll send you a PM so we can discuss further.
