Wow thanks

Fabulous ideas. What do you include in the New Home Package for realtors? How do you introduce yourself to the realty office?

When you want to find something, most likely you can find it here at CS. Just click on the files section and enter (key workds like) realtors and it should pull up docs like realtor letter and closing gift ideas. If you cannot find it I will try and find it in my files and post.

I really appreciate that. I'm new at this site and have never had a need to chat with and receive messages. All the help and suggestions are great as to how to navigate.

Also, make sure you follow up with those you've mailed catalogs to and those you've contacted and haven't heard back from.

Be creative!

You can mix and match all kinds of items from our catalog to make up your own New Home Packages for realtors.

Start with $20 packages and add more products in increments of $5.
Remember on page 45 there are gift sets that they can also choose from that come in a decorative box ready to give as a gift.

You can include popular things like:
Can Opener
Kitchen Shears
Twixit Clips
Nylon Scrapers
Any one of our cookbooks
Spices
Whisks
Scoops
Mix n Scraper
Garlic Press
Mini spatula

I am including a sample letter I send out to realtors. I have only gotten about two that are interested and purchase from me periodically. Hope this helps. I cannot take credit for that letter, I got it off of this website a whlle back.

Debbie :D

Heather,

What is a product lottery? Okay I hope that this wasn't a dumb question, but I have never heard of that before and I am intrigued.

Susan :)

Did you try right-clicking, select "save target as", saving it to your hard drive, and then opening it from there? If that does not work let me know and I'll email you.
