Jolie_Paradoxe said:Quick Question - What's the best ink color for stamps? I'm creating one for receipts, and am thinking blue or black for the pink copies. Creating another for the catalogs, invites, etc....thinking blue, green or red for those.
Any and all input is appreciated!

@Melissa and Noora - But I WANT 2! Ha Ha.....actually makes sense to only have one....but the options!
@Becky - I give my customers the pink copy and I keep the white copy as it is usually the clearest and cc info. I thought I'd try stamping, but now that you mention the smudging and fading, I guess I just may need to stay the course and continue with labels.
I'm tired of writing in my info and thought I'd finally buy a stamper, though I like your idea better Sharon. Thanks for the tip with the website....I could so enjoy the Hot Pink! Yay for me....now to find out why I need it. Ha Ha
Thanks!
The best ink colors for printing receipts are typically black or dark blue. These colors provide high contrast against white or light-colored paper, ensuring that the text is easily readable. Additionally, black ink is often more cost-effective and widely available.
Yes, you can use colored ink for Pampered Chef catalogs, but it's important to choose colors that are easy to read and complement the overall design. Darker shades of colors like green, red, or purple can work well, but avoid overly bright or neon colors that may distract from the content.
For receipts, pigment-based ink is generally better because it is more water-resistant and fade-resistant compared to dye-based ink. This ensures that the receipts remain legible over time, even if exposed to moisture or sunlight.
When choosing ink color for promotional materials, consider your brand colors, readability, and the emotional impact of colors. Ensure that the ink color aligns with your brand identity and is easy to read against the background. Additionally, think about the psychological effects of colors on your audience.
Yes, using bright colors like orange, yellow, or a vibrant shade of blue can effectively highlight special offers in catalogs. These colors draw attention and can help important information stand out, but be careful not to overuse them, as it may lead to visual clutter.
