So I took my site down for maintenance this weekend and all that is there is a maintenance message. I have been building a new blogsite (combined blog and website) and I am finally ready to roll... and the FTP server goes down at my webhost... so I can't access my site to update it, and the only person on the other end of the phone doesn't speak English well and can't give me a definitive ETA on the fix. GRRRRRRRRRRR!

Anyone have any recommendations for reliable web hosts? My server has been down twice in the last month and that is unacceptable because I sometimes host newsletter images on my server, and if that happens, then everyone's newsletters lose the photos! I do have the option to use my newsletter service's server, so I am going to have to do that instead from now on.
 
I've used a company called Cedant for 5 years for my business and have not had one day of down time.
