Okay, so I finally pulled out my suds pump after owning it for over a year, and I went and bought a big container of soap... I thought that I was being so smart and bought the kind that is made for refilling a foaming dispenser... so now I'm confused... Ours doesn't say that you can't use that kind, but it also says that you add water to it... so will it work using this kind or should I take this back and get regular soap? I'm probably way over thinking this, right? Anyway, appreciate any feedback! :p

Never seen that kind of soap... I just use clear soap. If it is thick still use water. Go by the guides on the side of the pump.

The pump kind of soap is already dilluted. Try using it without adding any water to it.

That's the beauty of our suds pump. You use just a little bit of soap, and the rest water, which saves you money. Those foaming soap dispensers at the store do the same thing, so their refills are just soap, pre-dilluted to their specifications.

Hi there! Don't worry, you're not overthinking this at all. Using a foaming dispenser soap with the suds pump is actually a great idea! The suds pump is designed to work with any liquid soap, so the foaming dispenser soap should work just fine. Just make sure to follow the instructions on the soap container and dilute it with water before using it with the suds pump. This will help create the perfect foam consistency. Happy suds pumping!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a foaming dispenser and how does it work?

A foaming dispenser is a type of soap dispenser that mixes liquid soap with air to create a rich foam. When you pump the dispenser, it forces the soap through a special nozzle that aerates it, resulting in a light, fluffy foam that is easy to spread and use for handwashing or cleaning.

Can any soap be used in a foaming dispenser?

No, not all soaps are suitable for foaming dispensers. Foaming dispensers work best with liquid soaps that are specifically formulated for foaming. These soaps are typically more diluted than regular liquid soaps, allowing them to create the desired foam consistency when mixed with air.

Does foaming soap clean as effectively as regular liquid soap?

Yes, foaming soap can clean just as effectively as regular liquid soap. The key is to ensure that the foaming soap contains the right cleaning agents. The foam produced by the dispenser helps to spread the soap evenly over surfaces, making it effective for cleaning hands and other surfaces.

Are there any advantages to using foaming soap over traditional liquid soap?

Yes, there are several advantages to using foaming soap. Foaming soap typically requires less product per use, which can make it more economical. Additionally, the foam can feel lighter and more pleasant on the skin, and it often rinses off more easily than thicker liquid soaps.

Can I make my own foaming soap for a dispenser?

Yes, you can make your own foaming soap by diluting regular liquid soap with water. A common ratio is one part liquid soap to three parts water, but you can adjust this based on your preference for foam thickness. Just be sure to use a soap that is compatible with foaming dispensers for the best results.
