"Runny" Raspberry Habanero Sauce

I have a customer who has expressed her dislike over the gradual "thinning" of our Raspberry Habanero sauce. She said when she first started buying it, it was a lot thicker than it is now. She asked if I could find out if there's a way to thicken it. Anyone have any ideas? TIA!!

Fruit pectin changes with temperature and fruit acid content. Tell her its a fresh made product dependent upon fresh produce and to call HO with the quality concern.

We suggest giving the Raspberry Habanero sauce a good shake before using it, as sometimes the ingredients can settle over time. If the consistency is still not to your liking, you can try adding a small amount of cornstarch or arrowroot powder to thicken it.
