Hi everyone! At a family gathering the other day someone's friend come up to me and asked if she could get a replacement for a Pampered Chef product. I told her that it wouldn't be a problem did she have the receipt. Unfortunately she did not as she bought it on Ebay. I was floored. I explained to her that if she had purchased it through PC she would have gotten a receipt and she could have called HO directly and got a replacement. She agreed and said that she would use me for her consultant now. But the problem remains, she needs to purchase the coating tray tool. I looked and looked but could not find the replacement part number. Can anyone help me out with the number? Thanks.:)

I don't think there is a replacement part for it. Lesson learned on her end - ebay is not the way to go!

I just looked on the replacement parts order form...couldn't find it either. I would call HO and see for sure.

If you still need one, I will sell her mine! PM me...

I have not been able to use my tool. I cannot get the feel of using it with me meat, I still use my hands.

Any tips from those that use it?

I don't use it for meat, it pulls the breading right off. I do use it for dipping chocolate alot.
