I lost my HOL at the beginning of this month due to lack of recruiting for 4 months. I have enough in sales and team members being active for Team leader status. I just recruited a new consultant a few nights ago. Does anyone know when I will get my leads back? Does she have to submit first or will I automatically get them back at the beginning of NOvember. Hoping to get her to submit her first party soon, but just wondering how long my wait is. Sure hate to miss the leads at this time of year!
THANKS!!!!

You'll get leads back in November whenever HO gets everyone's status updated for the month. Definitely by the 10th, hopefully by the 4th. I'm in the same boat with you. Your recruit does not have to submit anything for you to get your leads back as long as you meet the other requirements. I agree. HO leads are a big deal this time of year. Can't wait to get them back.

12 Recruits? I see DIRECTOR in your future! :DYes, just keep up the $1,250 3 of the last 4 months & your TL title too & you are good to go in early Nov when they get all the updates done. :D

Thanks Sheila! I just signed 2 since Thursday, but have so many that have quit.(i had 3 kitnappers this year) I am on the edge that this might be the month. I think I will have 6 active if all goes well. I am determined!! I need to qualify these 2 and get 2 more before the end of the yr to qualify to get the trip. I have enough points already, just need the recruits!!

Where there's a will, there's a way! You can do this. :D

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean to recover lost home office leads?

Recovering lost home office leads refers to the process of re-engaging with potential customers or hosts who previously expressed interest in Pampered Chef products or hosting a party but did not follow through. This can involve reaching out to them again to rekindle their interest and encourage them to make a purchase or book a party.

How long will it take to recover lost leads?

The time it takes to recover lost leads can vary significantly based on several factors, including the nature of the lead, the method of follow-up, and the individual's circumstances. Generally, it may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to see a response after reaching out again.

What strategies can I use to recover lost leads effectively?

Effective strategies for recovering lost leads include personalized follow-up messages, offering special promotions or discounts, sharing new product information, and asking for feedback on why they didn't proceed initially. Tailoring your approach to each lead's interests can also enhance your chances of success.

Should I follow up with lost leads multiple times?

Yes, following up multiple times can be beneficial, but it's essential to space out your communications to avoid overwhelming the lead. A good rule of thumb is to follow up once every few weeks, providing valuable information or incentives with each contact to keep the conversation relevant and engaging.

What if I don't receive any response after multiple follow-ups?

If you don't receive a response after multiple follow-ups, it may be best to move on and focus on new leads. However, you can keep these lost leads in your database for future reference and periodically check in with them, as their circumstances may change over time, making them more receptive to your offerings later on.
