Need Recipes for a Bridal ShowerI'm starting to plan for my very first bridal shower. The host and bride don't want a demo since they are all very familiar with PC, but they would like me to have some muchies there. What do you guys have at your showers? I'm trying to think of brunch-y foods, but the only thing I am coming up with are the Quiche Lorraine Tartlets.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Hi there! Congrats on planning your first bridal shower. Here are a few ideas for some delicious and easy-to-prepare dishes for a brunch-themed shower:

1. Mini Pancake Skewers - Cut small rounds of pancake and alternate them with fresh berries on a skewer, drizzle with maple syrup for a sweet and easy finger food.

2. Mini Frittatas - These mini egg muffins are perfect for a brunch and can be filled with your choice of veggies, cheese, and meats.

3. Fruit Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing - A refreshing and light option, mix together your favorite fruits and toss with a simple dressing of honey and lime juice.

4. Caprese Skewers - A classic combination of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a skewer, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

5. Mini Bagel Bar - Set out a variety of mini bagels, cream cheese, and toppings like smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes, and red onion for guests to create their own bagel bites.

6. Breakfast Sliders - These can be made ahead of time and are sure to be a hit. Layer scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese on a mini slider bun.

7. Yogurt Parfaits - Layer yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit in individual glasses for a healthy and tasty option.

Hope these ideas help! Have a great shower!
