So I am gearing up for another friend of mine's wedding and I went with a small group of girls yesterday to do some bachelorette and shower planning. We went to an adult bookstore for some things and the owner and her associate saw my catalog tote!!! One ordered the can opener and the other wants some stoneware pieces and I have to go back on Friday to collect more orders. :)

Maybe I need to stop by our local 'novelty' shop.

I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do with my 3 small boys though. LOL

Dress them maturely and maybe they will be mistaken for little people instead of children....and give them REALLY dark sunglasses so they don't learn too much

That's hilarious!!

When I was on the road with my DH and I had a Mom's Night Out he would be holding the youngest (6m) while the other two ran around (2 and 5 at the time). He would tell me not to worry it was a guys night, "Pizza and Porno's". I would laugh but the MOPS Mom picking me up would look very alarmed. (MOPS is a great christian based Mom's group)

I was wearing my PC sweater when my DH went into to novelty store here in town and the manager booked a show on the spot with me. It has lead to three other bookings and four recruit leads I am working with.
 
I started PC because of a Pure Romance consultant trying to recruit me. I thought direct sales sounded good but that product wasn't quite for me! Funny how many connections there are with PC and adult novelties! hahah!
 
Just because we all have a passion for food doesn't mean that is our ONLY passion. LOL

LoL I have a friend who only does Partylite and "Pampering the Chef" parties. She calls the Pure Romance parties "pampering the chef parties" I signed because I had a friend who sold Partylite and her friend sold Pure Romance, both were trying to recruit me and like you said, those were not a good fit for me to sell.
