jdavis said:Did I do something wrong??? I tried doing these in the mini muffin tin and they all stuck, I had a heck of a time getting them out, I even tried to freeze them. I eventually ended up taking the citrus peeler and scraped them out, they didn't look too pretty after I was done with them. I was wondering if I could just do them on wax paper and let them set do you think they would stick to the wax paper?
TIA
To make the Quick and Easy Two Minute Fudge, you will need sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate), and optional toppings like nuts or sprinkles. You can also add flavorings like vanilla extract if desired.
Preparation is simple! In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish, add any toppings, and let it cool until set.
Absolutely! The fudge can be made a few days in advance. Just store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. Make sure to cut it into pieces before the trade show for easy serving.
For an attractive display, consider cutting the fudge into bite-sized pieces and placing them in clear treat bags tied with a ribbon. You can also use decorative boxes or trays to showcase the fudge on your table, making it easy for customers to grab and enjoy.
Yes! The Quick and Easy Two Minute Fudge is a crowd-pleaser and can attract attention due to its simplicity and delicious taste. Offering samples can also entice potential customers to purchase the recipe or related products from Pampered Chef.
