What Are the Qualifications for Leadership Roles?

I've been thinking about going to Leadership...but what are the qualifications? You have to have 2 recruits? Active or Qualified? How long is it?
 
You just need two signed recruits, they don't have to be qualified. You can even walk up to the registration booth with two signed agreements in your hand and they'll let you in.
 
They do have to be active, though. If you have one signed who's currently inactive, she won't count.
 
Where do you see the qualifications on the Pampered Chef board? I've been looking all over and don't see that anywhere.
 
Check the Policies and Procedures document for general info. The specifics about only needing signed agreements is usually included in the emails that HO sends out.
 
I read through the protocols and policies section and see nothing about qualifications. I have not yet received any e-mails about Leadership from home office.

I'm new but I'd like to go if I can! I don't know that I'll have two recruits, though, since I just started last week. :)
