okay, do you have to have 4 qualified consultants and one trying to qualify to promote or how does that work....i've got two more recruits that I'm hoping will sign this weekend and two more that's active, and one that's not active.
 
5 active, qualified, personally recruited consultants.

So get all 5 of your gals qualified and active and you'll be offered directorship.

Check your Recipe for Success--all the info is in there.
 
Once the 5th one has qualified and the other 4 are still active--you are a director!!:D

haha, I wish I could find out how young the youngest director is...I'm really excited...I'm hoping to promote within the next two months!!! Who knows, I'll be a director at 19, I could be sitting up there next to nancy jo by the time I'm 35 or so....haha...A GIRL CAN DREAM!!!!!!
 
I just posted this on the under 21 thread, but I added it up and I will be 44 when I celebrate my 25th anniversary with PC! After 25 years I should at least FALL into 5 recruits...RIGHT!??
