My recruiter and I, are sharing a booth at a bridal fair next month. This is both our first time working at a fair. Part of the cost is that we are allowed to put some promotional materials in the brides bag. I know this is cheap but all I can think of making is putting one pan scraper in a little clear bag with a label giving tips on uses of pan scraper (there's a long list here) and with it our business cards and also our wedding registry brochure.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

See the one gift I heard every bride wants is the mini serving spatula. I am starting to have to keep more on hand becuase all the bride new and old seem to either need a new one or they want one. I know its a little more expensive but it may get you more sale.

I wouldn't put a spatula in the bag, but I would put a coupon for a FREE one when they sign up for the registry redeemable only by you. That way you're not out the money if they don't register/host a show/shower.

Good idea Shelby. We've done the recipe cards with a label on it. You can get the recipe cards or use ones you might already have on hand. Make up a label with your information on it and website. Always a good thing to have a booth anyway to draw people in.

Hi there! Congratulations on your first bridal fair - that's so exciting! I think your idea of including a pan scraper with tips and your business cards and wedding registry brochure is great. It's a practical and useful item for brides to receive, and the tips will definitely come in handy. To add some variety to your promotional materials, you could also consider including a recipe card that features a dish that can be made using your products. This will show potential customers how versatile your products are and give them a taste of what they can create in their own kitchen. Another idea is to create a mini cooking demo at your booth. You could have a simple recipe prepared ahead of time and offer samples to brides who stop by. This will give them a taste of your products and show them how easy and delicious it is to cook with them. Lastly, don't forget to have a sign-up sheet at your booth for brides who are interested in hosting a cooking demonstration or party. This is a great way to get them involved and potentially make some sales. Good luck at the bridal fair and have fun! Remember to be enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgeable about your products. That's the best way to attract and retain potential customers. Let me know how it goes!
