Power Cooking Class: Expert Tips and Tricks for Delicious Meals

I am going to do a power cooking "class" and when I put down "Clinic", someone said it sounded to medical? So should I name it:

what about power cooking workshop? or if you are doing it interactive or hands on you could just say that... "hands on power cooking class" "interactive power cooking class"

seminar sounds boring
I like workshop... I'm a fan of workshops. LOL

Yep, I voted for "workshop." That's what I call all of my shows that I host myself (stoneware workshop, cookware/cutlery workshop, power cooking workshop)
