Please help me to understand what I am doing wrong. I submit my product adjustments online and will get an email that it is "being processed" and that I will receive an email when it has been "approved". However, I NEVER get another email. This is NOT because of the new system as it has happened before. I've mentioned it to the reps on the phone and nobody seems to know why. Aside from not doing anymore online adjustments, can any of you offer suggestions?
