I have a host who wants to have a party when the new products come out. Can anyone tell me when is the soonest we can start selling them and when we should get our materials?

Not sure about when the materials will come, but I believe we start selling new items as of March 1st. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The paperwork changeover boxes ship to consultants and future directors February 4th. It's great to have a booking already for March, but be careful not to sabotage your January and February by talking about the new spring line too soon.

You can't submit until March 1st. If you have a catalog show you can start it before March, just can't submit early. You should have your paperwork changeover box the end of January/first of February.

Does anyone know what some of the new products are ??? I'm always so excited for the new catalogue and can't wait to see what they've come up with for this spring/summer issue.

We'll be finding out this weekend at Leadership in Denver.

Ahhh, that's what I figured. Leadership here in Canada is this weekend also.

Hello there!Congratulations on having a host who is excited about the new products and wants to have a party to launch them! It's always great to have enthusiastic hosts who are eager to share our amazing products with their friends and family. To answer your question, the soonest we can start selling the new products would be on the official launch date set by the company. Typically, this information is shared with consultants through email or on the company's website. It's important to follow these guidelines to ensure that we are all on the same page and providing accurate information to our customers. As for getting our materials, it's best to start planning and ordering them as soon as the launch date is announced. This will give us enough time to receive the materials and make any necessary preparations for the party. It's always better to be prepared ahead of time rather than scrambling at the last minute.I hope this helps! Let's make this product launch party a huge success and have fun introducing these new products to our customers.Best of luck,

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a product launch party and why is it important?

A product launch party is an event where you introduce a new product to your customers and potential clients. It is important because it creates excitement around the product, allows for hands-on demonstrations, and provides an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and engage with the product directly. This can lead to increased sales and customer loyalty.

How do I choose the right date and time for my launch party?

Choosing the right date and time involves considering your target audience's availability. Weekends or evenings are often best for working individuals. Additionally, check for any local events or holidays that might conflict with your party. Sending out a poll to your potential guests can also help you find the most convenient time.

What should I include in my product launch party invitations?

Your invitations should include the date, time, and location of the party, as well as a brief description of the product being launched. Make sure to highlight any special activities, such as cooking demonstrations or giveaways, to entice guests to attend. You can send invitations via email, social media, or traditional mail, depending on your audience.

How can I promote my product launch party effectively?

Promote your product launch party through various channels such as social media, email newsletters, and personal invitations. Create engaging content that highlights the benefits of the new product and what attendees can expect at the event. Consider offering incentives, like exclusive discounts or free samples, to encourage attendance and sharing among friends.

What activities should I plan for my product launch party?

Activities can include live demonstrations of the product, hands-on experiences for guests, cooking classes, or Q&A sessions. You might also incorporate games or contests related to the product to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. Providing refreshments and snacks can enhance the experience and encourage guests to linger and socialize.
