BethCooks4U said:I just took a better look at it and it is not the bread knife and it is not any from the knife block. I have never seen that knife before and I have been a customer of PC since 1983. Now, there have been a few years in there that I didn't have a consultant so I guess it could have been in the line for one of those seasons. Are we SURE it is PC?
As to the question about what I think of the forged cutlery. I do love the new knives but I still grab for the knives in my knife block most of the time when I am at home - they are so handy. Did you know that they will stay sharper if you put the knives in the block with the blade up (so it doesn't rub against the wood)?!
The Quikcut Serrated EX Stainless is a versatile kitchen tool designed by Pampered Chef that features a serrated edge for cutting through a variety of foods, including bread, fruits, and vegetables, with ease. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability and longevity.
To maintain your Quikcut Serrated EX Stainless, it is recommended to hand wash it with warm, soapy water and dry it immediately to prevent rusting. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the blade.
While the Quikcut Serrated EX Stainless is designed for cutting through various foods, it is not recommended for cutting frozen foods, as this can dull the blade and potentially damage the tool. Always ensure foods are adequately thawed before cutting.
The Quikcut Serrated EX Stainless has a serrated edge that can be sharp, so it is not recommended for unsupervised use by children. However, with proper guidance and supervision, older children can learn to use it safely for food preparation.
The Quikcut Serrated EX Stainless can be purchased through Pampered Chef's official website, at Pampered Chef parties hosted by consultants, or through various online retailers that carry Pampered Chef products.
