I want to do something to get the word out that I am a Pamper Chef Consultant. I have thought about sending postcards out to all my friends and pass out flyers to my neighbors. I want to do something fun to get others excited about having a show as I am excited about being a consultant. Any other suggestions??

Postcards are a good idea. I know my director gave me some postcards from Nancy's artwork to send to friends and family. There are a couple of fliers on this website (just click on "PC Files") that you can hand out to neighbors. I haven't gotten one yet but I want to get a button or shirt that says Pampered Chef on it. That way when you're out and about people will ask you about it. You could also make up a nice e-mail if you want talking about how you are a PC consultant now and give them your information about how they can order. Word will get around quick even by word of mouth. Are you in your super starter months? Those are the most fun months earning all those super starter kits. Good Luck!

I just got home from doing the door to door flyer thingI went out today with my husband and we put 100 flyers on the doors in the neighboorhood. Everyone I ran into while putting the flyers up were nice, though I could tell some were just not interested. I did however get 3 customers that definatly wanted to place an order they were happy I came by, and I even got a pretty solid booking lead, this lady said she had some friends she knew would place orders I said hey thats great you should do a show and earn some free products! So she is definatly interested. I am happy with the results so far. I have 3 really excited customers. I would recomend that you carry catalogs with you when you are out so that when you do have the excited customer you have the catalog so that you can run with their excitement. Good luck and I hope that you are able to get your name out successfully. :)
