...what I didn't put in, but all of the sudden, the customers I put in do not have sales tax added to their orders! It was there and now it isn't. Can someone please tell me what mistake to look for? I checked the host's order and the tax is marked on there for the rest to follow....I have NO clue what I did....

TIA

I had the same problem at a show last night????

this has fixed the problem for me...U might just have to change it from Show Tax to Special Tax for those customers and see if that fixes that problem.

If not, phone SS, they are SUPER helpful. I have had this happen to me a few times - once the problem was corrected by doing what I suggested above, the other time, I had to call SS.

Double check your host's "Ship To" information. If you accidently switched it to "Direct To Shipping Address" instead of "Direct to Contact Address." The shipping address info is probably blank and the contact information is what you filled in. This will impact all of the orders that are shipped to the host.

Just click back on "Direct to Contact Address" and see if that fixes the problem.

Good Luck!

This is what I have usually done when this happens to me.:D

another question...

i have yellow triangles above the items box on the host order of my show.... what does that mean?

click on the "finish" button and it will tell you. Yellow warnings are things that aren't prefect, but you can still go on with the order, red means you must fix it.
