Tell your husband that!! Tell him that you need this... it is very hard to get bookings and recruits by not working much. Tell him that you need to work to get the money and his support will help you reach your goals.

thanks i do have his support but he is just greedy and wants $$$ faster.

If you were not doing this, what would you be doing? Would that be bringing in the money that he wants? I understand that he wants the money, but money is not everything (as long as you have enough to pay the bills). Tell him how this is helping you emotionally. You said that you are shy, this will help you overcome it. You get to meet a lot of poeple and make new friends. Tell him how much you need this for yourself!

:D

I know where you are coming from - I have 4 kids and need this for "me".
It is a little difficult when you are just starting out to get over your fear - start out by carrying a catalogue tote and/or a t-shirt and/or a button when you go out. People will notice and ask you. Once you start to feel a little more comfortable, the words and the ability will just come naturally.

Good luck!!

My husband was also a bit concerned about whether I'd really make any money. I told him when I started that if all I ever did was pay for my own PC habit, he should consider it profitable. It took me a year to get the ball really rolling and become fairly consistent with my business. It takes a while to build a customer base.Talk to him. Can you ask him for his help? My husband talks to his co-workers about my business and how great the products are. He's gotten me several orders and a couple of bookings.
