The biggest perk for me is being my own boss. But, I’ve had to come to the realization (and sometimes I have to be reminded over and over again) that this business requires work and commitment. It is a job!
Are there overnight successes? Sure, but they are the exception not the rule. I’d wager that most of us who consider our businesses to be successful have worked at it for several years.
When I’m in a slump all I need to do is look at the employment ads and consider what it means to work for someone else. :yuck: That gets me moving again.![]()
