Does everyone have it now? b/c I dont see it at all. I checked under our products and it is not there. I checked everywhere.

Can someone help?
 
You have to act like you're going to place an individual order. Once you get into the individual ordering area, there will be a list of links, one of which will be the Outlet. :)
 
Not on mine, either. I tried following the instructions on the message thread and all it asked me with either set of instructions was who the show host was...never asked me HOW I wanted to place an order. No links at all for the outlet store. :(
 
You have to go to ORDER products not OUR products. Select the second option as if you are going to place an outside order, then on the bottom left should list outlet.
 
What are your website addresses? I'll go check them if you post just the end part of your address. Mine is /lennhoff
 
It is on your website Tina- I saw it!! You have to click the stoneware picture (ORDER products), then individual order (place an order) then it is on the bottom of the list on the left.

Interesting, don't you think, that so many of us are having trouble finding it? Interesting, too, that so many of us had to really LOOK in order to figure out how to "place" and individual order, eh?

I agree, we need to send suggestions to HO to improve the usability of our websites. :)

Go to your web sites home page.
Click on ORDER PRODUCTS on the bottom left side of screen.
Click Option 2 to place an individual order.
On the left hand side it says, OUR PRODUCTS
In the list is Outlet.

That's it.

Also, look under Gift Sets. Two new gift sets comprised of discontinued and some current pieces are there as well.

Each person who goes in there to order must register. When they click on check out a screen will come up asking for an e-mail address and password. Just below that is a little thing that says register. If they do NOT already have a password, have them click register before they do anything else. Here they provide their shipping address and other various info including their e-mail address. They then must create a password. They will only need to do this once. They must also remember that password to place future orders.
Such a pain in the rear end! Not to mention that the Home Office reall screwed up. They don't even know they have more than one place it says Our Products. If I did that at work, I would get my butt fired because that is one of mty main duties. To make everything they must do on the computer clear, concise and ACCURATE!

I e-mialed them asking where it was. I was told nothing int he e-mail either exceopt that it was on our web site. That pissed me off even more. So I let intot hem about the one e-mail that we got stating it was under Our Products which most of us assumed was the tab at the tops of our web sites. Not under order products, under place individual order, then under our products under outlet. No response as of yet. We'll see what happens.

I clicked on the little stoneware picture on the bottom left of the homepage to "order products" and the ONLY option it gives me on the next page is to find the host for the party I'm ordering from...NO option AT ALL that I can find to place an outside order. Can't find it on my director's website, either. :'(

I looked on your website & I see what you mean! I would call HO to see what's going on....I think we should all email HO & tell them our customers need an easier way to acces it!
 
You aren't qualified yet, so you don't have the individual ordering option yet! Get those shows in so you can play too!!
 
I put a little news bulletin on my website so anyone looking for the outlet can find it. If anyone wants to see my link is /kristengill. Remember if consultants want to order outlet stuff, you have to do it through Consultants Corner. Its a lot cheaper for us that way.

I got the email this morning saying that I had qualified. The link had disappeared from my director's website for a while, but hers is back now. I think I just needed to delete all of my temporary files. Once I did that, it showed up just like everyone said it would (or it was just REALLY good timing, either way it's there now). :D

WOO HOO!!! Not much in the outlet store, but I see a couple of things I'd like to have. :D

BecauseIT people are bone heads! I should know, I am one.
They can't help but keep playing with things. They never put things in the places they say they will. "Our Products" per the e-mail but found under "order Products" on our websites so far buried that it took ME 2 days to find it. They can't stop spell checking everything, making sure the pictures are all lined up nice and pretty, destroying the "path" to the pictures evertime they change something, etc. It could be any number of a hundred things including just plain STUPIDITY!
So now you wonder why it disappeared - becasue some one futzed!

Does everyone else only have 15 items (4 or 5 of which are crocks) on their outlet page? Am I missing a link to more items/ outlet pages? This is what we were so excited about???

BTW, does it seem as though John is a bit cranky? LOL

Ugh, that stinks. I'm sure they are just having a lot of glitches. Call HO tomorrow and see if they have any idea what is going on.

No, it is just discouraging when we get wrong info from people who should know better. Then to find the stuff they did put out there, well, never sold well when it was in a catalog so I don't assume it will be very popular this way either. (I didn't want them then, why do I want them now?)
I have had about 15 people look and were disappointed. They were hoping like I was that Gen II stuff would be there or maybe the USG's or, you know, popular stuff. Not the crap that didn't sell much to begin with.
Oh, well. Someone thought the blue stuff was cool and I have a $24 order for the three products. Pitcher, Cups and Serving tray!
