This is my firt time to conference and I'm an impulse person, but I have told myself over and over not to give in and to wait a day or two to make sure I see everything. I'm stuggling on how much cash to take for food, cab rides, P/C items, and vendor stuff. What is a good average?? Can you put any purchases on your regular credit card? I'm so excited to go and can't wait to see all the new stuff! ;)

I honostly don't bring much cash with me. I am an ATM card addict. I would say enough for skycaps and a cab (just in case) and maybe $40 more. I think that would be safe.

I want to know the same thing! I don't want to be stupid and have too much actual cash on me, but I don't want to get stuck somewhere and not have enough $$ either!

I'm not carrying much cash ... maybe $40. I figure pretty much everything can be done with plastic, and if not, I'll get more cash there. I hate traveling with lots of it.

I'm an ATM girl too........I figure I can always find an ATM, or use a debit card......and I'll have my Conference Cash too.....I'm leaving here w/ $50.00 - enough to help pay for gas to Michigan City, train ticket to Chicago, and one meal.
